A reputation is a collection of observed deeds. A faction judges a reputation by the deeds it observed. A faction may weigh each deed differently. Some might be considered positive. Some might be negative. A faction might even consider the judgments of other factions before announcing its own.

This library includes datums for reputations, factions and a handler.
