This library provides a datum which displays and stores messages of the day. (Also known as house rules.) A distinction is made between what the developer wishes to say and what the administrators have to say.

This library is used in multiple Fooldom Come games. I don't know if others will find it useful, but I got sick of rewriting this sort of thing. ;)
