Converts hexadecimal to RGB color codes, and vice versa.

Don't know hexadecimal codes too well? This library is for you. Take those scary looking hexadecimal codes and turn them into harmless RGB decimal values. Feeling daring? Take a set of those nice RGB values and turn it into a hex code!
