Just a little lighting test similar to Shadowdarke's area lighting system.

Version 6: Added snow. Storms now vary between snow and rain, depending on your latitude, and the time of year... plus a bit of randomness. Also changed a lot of the underlying structure to make some things simpler.

Version 5: Think I got it finally. Fixed a few other problems as well.
Version 4: Hopefully a successfull bug fix. We shall see.
Version 3: Attempted bug fix. Failed :(
Version 2: Added in localized rainstorms as well as more variations of darkness.
