RoH Engine

I have simplified and reduced the source code of RoH to the bare minimum so you can create a game.

This Engine includes:
- All necessary procs
- All major bug fixes from the original game
- 1 example of a spell, weapon, item and monster
- Original stat panel for modification by user

Necessary Files:
- MUST HAVE s_damage BY SPUZZUM!!!
