If you already downloaded the files and want an update then cut the player files delete the pokemon files and download the files, then paste the saves.

Or right click the byond symbol, then click client, then click host and click ok.
When there are no people on your game it must mean that you can't host or you can't host properly, people join other host, or nobody join the game you host and must wait a little longer.
