Email problems

I can't remember the email or the login password for my key "SilentGuardian". Is there a way for me to use recovery questions to reset the password?

I would like to be able to use the key, is there a way to be emailed the key's email?

Okay, I've figured out the e-mail and I'm actually able to get on the e-mail, but I'm not getting any messages delivered to said e-mail address.
