Descriptive Problem Summary:
Whilst searching for a post located on BYOND through the google search engine such as "get resolution byond", you would be redirected to the BYOND Forum instead of the page itself.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Go to Google.
2. Search for something in the forums. i.e: get resolution byond
3. Click on a result from byond.
4. Get redirect back to http://www.byond.com/forum/
url that I found on google: http://www.byond.com/developer/forum/?id=782880
Expected Results:
Being directed to the forum post I was searching for.
Actual Results:
Being redirected to the Byond forum page.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time
In other games? N/A
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Yes
When does the problem NOT occur?
N/A
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? This didn't happen before the website update.
Workarounds:
None that I know of.

Google is returning results from before the site update, not much BYOND can do about that.

When I asked Tom about redirecting old formatted forum links to the corresponding post, he said "Yes, we actually have a plan to convert those over pretty soon."

As a workaround for the time being, you can use Google's Cached view.
