Can anybody recommend any good Dragonball Z Games. In or outside of Byond.

Outside: none yet. There used to be Dragonball Online in development, it should have been released in Korea and Japan, however there's no news about it =/

As for BYOND... You could try Final Resurrection, to me feels like pretty good balanced, and you won't find any level 500k like in Heroes United
