Netbeans is ok. I like eclipse better. Both have auto-complete I believe. I'm not sure how customize-able and adaptable net beans is compared to eclipse though.
NetBeans is better by far for what it does.

Qt libraries are free too and they're stable. And way better than Java. :3 Actually if you use the free version seems like your project needs to be open-source. If you purchase it well.

You shouldn't say something is unstable when you haven't used it before; on a side note, Eclipse happens to be a very popular IDE among developers. Dev-C++ is what you should be calling unstable.
