You've probably noticed while playing certain games (Silent Hill, BioShock, Mass Effect, numerous others) that the screen has a static-y effect to it. This library will give your game that same effect! Extremely simple to use!

I used this in my game! Thanks :) I just had to edit it a bit because sometimes the static wouldn't get off the screen,
