In your case the fact that you are a helper on the game should allow you to post a comment regardless. But the others who have commented aren't on the list, so they shouldn't have been able to.

The issue is apparently a display problem. The hub entry says it allows comments for no users when in fact it should say it allows comments for all BYOND Members.
