Descriptive Problem Summary: When using Dream Seeker's network profiler, The value listed for time will not exceed 0:59:59, visually resetting to 0:00:00

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Open a game using dream seeker.
2) File > Options and messages.
3) Server > Profile...
4) Wait 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
5) Observe the time value reaching 0:59:59, followed by resetting to 0:00:00.

Expected Results: To have the hour place value increase by one every 60 minutes.

Actual Results: The hour place value remains the same, zero, while the rest of the timer works as expected, including sorting.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime.
In other games? Yes.
In other user accounts? Untested.
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur? While the problem occurs visually, setting the filter to sort from least to greatest or vice verse, will filter them in the expected order, although appear visually incorrect.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.) Untested.
