Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Well i'm going to show the steps of whem i deleted them, that can be the problem
1º Deactivate all forums
2º Delete them
3º Create a new forum
4º Reload page, the forum will not show
5º Add another forum
6º Both forums will show

Expected Results: Adding the forum without having to make another to show both.
Actual Results: The forum it's not showing until i add another forum.

In other games? N/A
In other user accounts? If they're Members yes, i think.
On other computers? Yes
When does the problem NOT occur? Never

Workarounds: Add another forum and both will show.
