Descriptive Problem Summary:
At times if your messing with windows/minimizing the game, bringing it back up, etc...the macros window can get lost behind other windows.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1.Open Options & Messages, click into Macros, click create new macro.

Now minimize the game & bring it back up, now you want to have access to it, so you click macros on Options & Messages again, but it's already up, so it wont focus, if it's up & you didn't click to add a new hotkey it will focus, but if you click new key & everything it wont focus itself again until that window is closed.

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:

Expected Results:If you click on macros, it will focus the relevant window or set of windows, bringing them to the front.

Actual Results:It will only focus the window if you didn't open the window to add a new hotkey.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?Every Time
In other games?Yes
In other user accounts?Yes
On other computers?Yes

When does the problem NOT occur?
When you don't leave the window open or don't click to add a new hotkey within that window.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Un-tested.

Workarounds:
Close the window every time, minimize everything & find it behind all the windows.

---It's the only set of windows which will hide behind the game, it should likely come up & minimize with the game, right now it doesn't minimize with the game & doesn't re-focus with the game, even though you accessed it for that game through the games Options & Messages screen.

Also even if you don't care about the focus issue, and click macros to try & bring it up again since you've lost track of it, that will only happen if you didn't click the add new macro button..

Also it happens when you double-click on a macro to edit one as well, but technically this is the same screen, just with the information for the macro in it already, so that's not suprising.
