Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
Let's use this as example: We have a 20MB RSC, that will take a lot using preload_rsc if you don't have a good server. I was thinking on this: What about an option to split rsc in parts (Game.rsc.part1,Game.rsc.part2) Then adding them in Server and it will load part1, then part2, etc.

I hope you understand it! If not! GRR.
...so instead of loading one 20MB file you want to upload say, four 5MB files?

That's still 20MB though you have to download.

Also I *think* this is already possible if I'm reading the preload_rsc entry right.

Yes. But atleast if your internet fails, and you get disconnected. You've downloaded 5MB of it! And you will have to download 5 MB More!
This would be a completely pointless change IMO. If your goal is to prevent disconnected players from having to re-download the entire package again, then it should just be handled like that, on a per file basis. Though I'm pretty sure I've seen that brought up and shot down before because of the current implementation.
