This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: The command line options (such as -params) for the Windows version of BYOND are not clearly documented.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1: Start DreamDaemon.
2: Open the help file.

Expected Results: Information about the command line options for DreamDaemon to be available somewhere in the help document.

Actual Results: A very thorough description of the GUI without any mention of command line options.

I think they are pretty much the same the ones for unix stuff or whatever,
I think they are also documented in the ref under the startup() procedure, but they might not all be the same, but I'm pretty sure they are.
