Descriptive Problem Summary:
Not sure if this is considered a bug, but when you try and move the shade slider when editing a color, you cannot slide to 90 RGB. As shown in this screenshot.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Pick any color, and slide it up to 89, then slowly try to slide ti 90. It will jump between 89 and 91.

Expected Results:
It should slide from 89 to 90 to 91 RGB when using the slider.
Actual Results:
It jumps from 89-91.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
Every single time.
On other computers?
I had a friend test it too, and he confirmed.
When does the problem NOT occur?
The problems always occurs.

Workarounds:
Enter 90, 90, 90 for the RGB Values.
It's not a bug, just a limitation of the standard Windows color control. It lacks the physical resolution to be that exact, a problem it shares with most color pickers.
