Descriptive Problem Summary: I can't comment if i've did a comment before. I have to refresh site to comment again.

1: Do a Comment
2: Without Refreshing, Comment Again

Expected Results: I can comment again without refreshing.

Actual Results: I can't comment if i don't refresh page.

When does the problem NOT occur? Never

Workarounds: Refresh Site.
