The links across the top bar are supposed to match the first link in the drop down. However, Games defaults to All, even though Latest is the first link in the drop down. And after selecting Latest Active or All, clicking Games will maintain that sorting.

Games is supposed to retain that sort, so that's not a bug. I can see what our default is for the menu; the default should probably be at the top.

This is more of an inconsistency than a bug; for the most part the top items in the menu match the drop-down, but in this case the top-item just goes to the games page, which saves the previous sort (because that is most useful). The other links have been reordered to match the ordering on the games page, though. The default sort for new-users is "popular", which is the first link on the menu and games page and the default when clicking on the "Games" menu.
