Add a sticky function to forums

This issue has been resolved.
I'm attempting to be more active on our Pandora Productions forum only to find that there isn't a way to sticky a thread to the top of the list.

Seems like a very simple thing to add so I thought I'd throw it on the list.

I support this. I think most forum functionality need an overhaul for that matter.

Of course, for now you'll have to settle for making a separate forum in your.. forum.

Definitely something that would greatly enhance not only the functionality but also the looks of the forums.
