Why is it in some places on the site, text links seem to extend their entire area. But in others, they less sensibly (in what actually looks like a button) require you to click the actual text?

I'll need more specific examples of what to look at as this comes up, especially since the site has changed a little since the report was made and I'm not sure which should be which. An example from a member site should not be counted because that's subject to the user's own CSS and not something we control.

I think it makes sense to close this report outright and we can deal with little styling inconsistencies on a case-by-case basis.
