Descriptive Problem Summary:
When Using the Mouse Wheel Click in "http://www.byond.com/developer/" on a specific tag, the previous tag selected(if any) would not change and tag wheel clicked on will not take affect.

Also works with the "Right Click" Function.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1. Go to http://www.byond.com/developer/
2. Using your Mouse's Wheel, Wheel Click on a specific tag, i.e admin.
3. Look at the Address Bar realizing only a "#" sign was added to the URL making it, "http://www.byond.com/developer#" instead of the URL changing to "http://www.byond.com/developer/?text=tag%3aadmin"

Instead of using the Wheel, you can also use the "Right Click".

1. Go to http://www.byond.com/developer
2. Right click on a Specific Tag, i.e Admin
3. Choose the option, "Open in New Tab" or "Open in New Window" (Same Results)
4. Look at the Address Bar realizing only the "#" sign was added to the URL making it, "http://www.byond.com/developer/#" instead of the URL changing to "http://www.byond.com/developer/?text=tag%3aadmin"

Expected Results:
The URL should add "/?text=tag%3aWhatever Tag You Inputted" to the end of it.

Actual Results:
Only "#" will be added.
