BUG: Failed to open server port!

I have no idea, this is the first time BYOND has been installed on this computer and had this bug.

Workarounds:

Your firewall is configured incorrectly. There are three programs in the BYOND suite that require Internet access: byond.exe, dreamseeker.exe, and dreamdaemon.exe. All three of these programs must be allowed to use incoming and outgoing TCP traffic. If your firewall has a setting that looks at a hash of the program to see if it has changed (it might say something like "MD5 hash"), you should disable that as well. You may have more than one firewall, including the Windows firewall, so be sure to make the appropriate changes to all of them.
