The page would not show the bottom, even though it's scrolled down all the way, see the scroll bar.
I've never experienced this before with actual user pages, probably an issue with special accounts such as BYOND Alert.

The real issue is that once the pager tab reaches the window's bottom bound, it will not scroll down at all. The contents of the window are there (select all + copy and paste to notepad confirmed), but it will not let you see them.
If you switch to collapsed mode, it works and appears fine.
theorizing: due to changes made for the collapsed mode, where the entire tab page scrolls, messed up some stuff in the regular mode, where only the pager message contents are supposed to scroll (excluding the message, and header box)
