In some cases when using SIDE_MAP, big icons had inconsistent layering with objects of the same "nearness".

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Big icons don't use the correct layering order in certain cases with SIDE_MAP.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Create a wide icon in a SIDE_MAP project.
2) Put a mob in a tile east of the icon, where it would normally be overlaid on top.
3) Change client.dir

Expected Results:
In the example, the mob would always appear on top of the wide icon, except when client.dir placed the mob visually further north.

Actual Results:
The mob sometimes is covered by the icon in situations where it's on the same "nearness" level.
