Descriptive Problem Summary: When using the condensed version of the pager, On a friends tab who is currently logged into a game that displays a players list, opening the players list and then closing the players list will cause the message bar to jump up, instead of remaining at the bottom.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Open the BYOND pager in the condensed version.
2) Open a tab on a friend who is logged into a game with a players list.
3) Expand the players list.
4) Close the players list.
5) Observe the location of the message bar. The longer the player list is, the more the message bar is displaced.

Expected Results: For the message bar to remain in the same location.

Actual Results: The message bar raises and lowers when the players list is displayed/hidden.
