This issue has been resolved.

I use the Ctrl+O hotkey for Open Location as a quick way to download libraries that aren't automatically downloaded by other libraries for whatever reason.

Unfortunately, it opens this up:

Super Saiyan X	Side effect of using a browser, I guess. Ctrl + P opens up the print prompt too. Ctrl + L also opens the same browser 'Open' prompt. Ctrl + N opens a new tab...with the same design of the pager in IE.

Super Saiyan X	Ctrl + F opens Find, instead of Open File (this actually might be worth not changing.)
