I think this makes it pop more now not done but its looking better

ya because of were my light source is set thats why the hading is the way it is and i like they alternating blue

for some reason it looks very flat

becuase i have not found a texture that fits the flat brown

try small things like cracks,some faded paint,itd also help the sprite alot of you placed it on something like grass.the white background is just an eyesore
