Descriptive Problem Summary:

I noticed at least one game didn't have a scrollbar available in the right panel when viewing the description. I think I saw another, but I can't remember what it was.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Enter expanded mode.
2) Click on the game 'Sigrogana Legend' by Devourer of Souls
3) Click on the 'Description' tab.

Expected Results:
There should be a scrollbar to view the lower portion of the description.

Actual Results:
No scrollbar, and you can only read a part of it.

Does the problem occur:

Most other games seem to work fine, though I do think I saw it happen in at least one other.
