This issue may be low priority or very difficult to fix, and has been put on the back burner for the time being.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Giving a "flat" interface button an image file that is larger than the button's size will prevent the mouse over and "selected" graphics from displaying properly.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Add 20x20 button to an interface.
2. Make it flat and give it an image file somewhat bigger than 20x20 (30x30 for example).
3. Run project and mouse over and click the button.

Expected Results:
Normal behavior of a flat button.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens when you mouse over or click the button (visually) aside from a small white dot.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
Every time as far as I know.
In other games?
Not sure.
In other user accounts?
On other computers?

When does the problem NOT occur?
Not sure.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit to download old versions for testing.)
Not sure.

I could work around this, but I'd have to make loads of graphics for every possible size of button.
