This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
I've found that multiple hubs(though mainly older ones) appear to have copied into other hubs, overwriting the original.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Go to http://www.byond.com/games/2Saruman2/StarWarsReturnofRevan

Expected Results:
Going to SWRR's hub.

Actual Results:
Going to Sheep II's hub.

Does the problem occur:
Every time
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Yes

When does the problem NOT occur?
When connecting to the majority of hubs.

Workarounds:
No idea. Not being able to get on the SWRR hub is a bit annoying, though.
I can verify this for the case you listed, though in that specific case the hub entry doesn't exist at all. 2Saruman2 has only two hub entries, of which this is not one. You may be looking for this: http://www.byond.com/games/2Saruman2/StarWarsOldRepublic

The correct behavior would be to return a result that the hub entry does not exist. I'll find out what's going on.
I did a google search for the hub page and got the following results, which may provide some detail into what's going on...or not

This appears to be something recent:
if you go on the google cache page of it...(here)
"Apr 19, 2011 10:35:43 GMT"
It's something recent, then.

Also, based on the hub banner that appears on that page, the banner doesn't load but this image is still referenced in the tag: http://www.byond.com/games/banners/96525.png
This means the hub id of "Return of Revan" is "96525"

which leads us to...
http://www.byond.com/games?hub=96525
this goes back to
http://www.byond.com/games/2Saruman2/StarWarsOldRepublic

Meaning, they are the same hub. So...maybe there's an issue with changing hub paths?
This issue seems to have been caused by a fallback mechanism when looking up the hub entries; because his key started in a number, the fallback (which wasn't really necessary) was pulling up the entry with that number.
So...it did have something to do with hub ids? ;D
It was related to hub IDs, but not in the way you mentioned.
