Which leads me to the curiosity of how old Tom is. I've known about that page for quite some time now, but if you do the math... if he graduated in 4 years, then he should be 36-37 years old.

lol we used to somehow use Dantom.com to access BYOND back in High School (probably around 2001-2002) to fool our schools network admin since he had banned the site :P

Back in high school, http://games.byond.com was blocked by our filter , however http://developer.byond.com wasn't. That's how we used to slip by.
By the end of high school I had administrator access over the network anyways though, so it didn't matter.

Funny, it was the other way around for us.
http://games.byond.com was allowed, but http://developer.byond.com wasn't. :)

Dantom was/is the name of the company that ran byond, I guess.
composed of the two founders, dan, and tom. No idea what happened to dan. Also, I think one of them was a bicyclist or something. (that was a long time ago I think) I wanna know what happened to bwicki

I just used a proxy website to get to BYOND. Too bad it was slow as hell. Pages took like 30-40 seconds to load up.

Bwicki could have been useful for the language and what-not if navigation of it wasn't so ugly. Nobody wants to navigate a wiki that's all just blank pages.
