Descriptive Problem Summary:
When you're editting a hub, and you click on the 'hub password' tooltip button (i), the hub_password reference link leads to the incorrect page.

1. Edit/create hub
2. Go to Options tab
3. Click on Hub Password info (i) button to bring up the tooltip
4. Click on hub_password link.

Expected Results:
Goes to http://www.byond.com/docs/ref/info.html#/world/var/ hub_password (The actual reference page)

Actual Results:
Goes to http://www.byond.com/docs/ref/world/var/hub_password instead
