This is why rules need to be clearly defined any form of stalling, no matter the justification or reasoning is violation on the rules of stalling, assuming there even is a rule on stalling. Yes, that includes being the only person on your side left and hiding because your enemy can’t be beaten. That could even be argued to include hiding from someone whos in some sort of timed buff that kills them when it expires.
