This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
When using a home computer or sharing a server with other people, updates and reboots happen. What's really annoying is having to go and restart a bunch of game servers. On a shared server you have to inform everyone the servers are down, on a home computer it's easy to simply forget.

It would be much easier if DD had some sort of "start when Windows starts" setting. Something which would allow you to have it automatically host whatever game on whatever port whenever Windows boots up.
Despite how nice this could be, this isn't too hard to do with a batch script, and you can add a batch script to windows startup.
Yeah, agreed with DT. Would be a nice feature but it's fairly straight-forward to do already.

This is the purpose of startup scripts.
