Here is an enemy I made a few days ago along with a death animation.

I noticed that everytime i make the gif in photoshop the frames seems a little bit faster than in DM(frames in photoshop 0.1 seconds).Well it looks fine in photoshop until i "save for web devices". Default frame speed in DM is 0.1 seconds as well i believe?

I think default frame in dm is 1, but you can make it 0.1 too lol. Looks good so far xD, really chibi looking love that :D

It is 1, meaning 1/10th of a second, or 0.1 seconds.

These look pretty good. The idle, as stated above, I think is overkill, though.
