You can't be sued from a social game...nothing illegal about that. It's against the rules to cyber on BYOND in general though Black. It's bad and you've messed up. I don't know why you are still complaining about being banned when you were giving a second chance. And now I see you were banned again? Everyone else gets on PH and are not getting banned on sight. That means you've done something wrong.
This is how the system works:
1. When you are banned by a staff member who says, "He is permanently banned." then that means you're not allowed to be on any server.
2. The banning on sight crap is old. "OH BANNING ME ON SIGHT BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN MY MISTAKE THIS TIME!" Are you seriously trying to make yourself look stupid in front of everyone? Seriously, common sense. "Oh, Nii, a high staff member of the PH community told me he was banned on all servers so he must be banned." --- Seriously, stop complaining. I hope you know eventually you'll be unbanned in time. permanent doesn't always mean permanent. No, the game is not corrupted, it works just fine.
3. Denying things that happened is not a way to get unbanned. You may request yourself to be unbanned on the unban request. If you are going to be on the forums abusing the opportunity then it's showing you're not mature enough to be playing Pyrce High.
4. You really should take things to the forums. That's the smartest thing to do Shadow. Stop making yourself look bad in front of everyone with your "I am innocent" act. We all seen what you did, and it has been documented very well. You should pay attention to the rules.

Cybering is illegal on BYOND because they actually can be sued if there is pornographic content on their service without them being labeled 18-21+. For those who are having weird lag problems when hosting PH; it's not your internet...somebody with three keys known as
Hydrobattles, Aquafire, and Bladefire78878. A host ban will destroy them from not allowing them to connect to your server with a DD block which is why they're weak. ;) So ban one of those keys and put a sticky ban so it will ban all of his keys. | |

I need to make the following request to those of you who host.
Please, do NOT make a habit of hosting massive private servers. While I get that you may dislike the community and its possibly poor RPing skills, you don't realize the effect you're honestly having. PH survives and grows due to increases to our player base, and via donations. When you host a private server, and take half of the player base with you, it lowers the number of players on the public servers. When this begins to happen, it makes the game look closer to dead/dying, or deserted. This is a turn off to possible new players, who will skip over PH due to viewing it as 'dead'. Each person you turn away is a person not playing, and not possibly donating to help support PH's lifespan. In other words, the overuse of Private Servers could well end up killing Pyrce High for everyone. For the good of the game, please, if you're hosting a 'private' server with over 13 players, switch it to public. It is detrimental to PH's ability to survive if you keep the public from seeing just how much you love this game! :) | |
What do you even need donations for, this is a byond game, and you don't host anything at all in the first place to even need money.

This is a very crude and incredibly inappropriate comment in itself, and I was also told you were making other inappropriate comments during the day that actually offended others. You need to avoid this, dude.
I wasn't on the other in fact, I wasn't on for a week since my laptop screen was cracked and it had to be fixed, so I wasn't online at that time. And I don't recall doing that, unless if was the week before I got my laptop then I would recall myself doing so.
