Applies to:BYOND Pager
Status: Resolved (499.1178)

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: When logged into the BYOND pager (As a guest or user), closing the pager from the system tray will result in the warning message "You have unread pages in the notification window. Shutdown anyways?" appearing.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Open the BYOND pager and log in as either a user or a guest.
2) Wait between 10-20 seconds for the login procedures to complete.
3) Close the BYOND pager to the system tray.
4) Exit the BYOND pager from the system tray (Right click the BYOND atom > Exit)
5) A prompt should appear asking you if you wish to read unread messages before closing the pager, even if there are none or should be impossible, such as when logged in as a guest.

Expected Results: For the message to be displayed only when there are unread pager messages.

Actual Results: The message is displayed each time when the pager is closed from the system tray.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every Time.
In other games? N/a.
In other user accounts? Untested.
On other computers? Untested.

When does the problem NOT occur? The problem does not occur when not logged into the BYOND pager, or closing the BYOND pager before the login completes.

Workarounds: Unknown.

I've encountered this as well.
