This issue has been resolved.
I've been seeing a lot of these scam looking DOWNLOAD button ads all over the site again.
Some of them point to downlopedia.com

Another one to http://go-downloads.com/ free-file-viewer-documents?gclid=CI_ciZupl60CFcOP7QodnTDTkw. Which seems to be a different site, but a download for the same scam software.
