I have also had this problem a couple times. What I do though, is close the whole byond pager and restart it. Almost always fixes the problem for me.

I believe this can be chalked up to a hub contact issue in 1194. If this recurs reliably in newer builds please let me know; otherwise I think this report can be closed.
