old pager "news" page still loaded

Totally minor bug,

the "[string]_news.htm" file is still generated and loaded into the cache - even though it's totes pointless now.

This isn't a bug. The hub sends that file to everyone, new and old users alike, and the file's contents are used to fill in news on the home page.
