So, i'm developing a Naruto game. Been working on this for a few hours. (Yeah...)

It's not finished, but... How does the Control window looks?

I know you're trying hard, and I truly respect that, but it just looks like every other Naruto game interface ever. The colors are just too bold. I know it fits with the theme and everything, but the contrast is just unattractive. But that's my opinion. I don't play Naruto games anyways, so take what I have to say with a big grain of salt.
Well yeah, I don't like it too much either. (I suck at designing...)

Just that can't get a nice idea for a skin.

Simplicity is always good in interfaces.
The overall layout isn't bad, but the choice of colours is horrible and there is a lot of space which I suspect will be wasted.
So well, I made another version, is just to test out color combinations.

So like 1/4th the screen is the game window and the other 1/4th is the chat, I presume... What about the rest of the surrounding areas?
Is just to test color combination, that skin is not finished.
I only see black and a neutral blue. Black isn't something you test as a color combination, lol.

Look up color theory, it'll help.
By a rule of thumb avoid black and white as well as "pure" colors that are vibrant- esp on computer screens where it's literally light. Stay with muted colors, more muted for less important visual things.
