It'll likely withdraw it to your credit card. No credit card? Then you can't withdrawal without a PayPal account.

I know it supplements payments made with the service using your bank account on file since I've had my fair share of PP-EFTs buying online, but I can't fathom the reverse working since it has no bank account information for a PayPal account that doesn't exist. I think they do have some manner of debit card you can get now and you can EFT directly out of your PayPal account like a standard debit/checking account, so you'd likely wanna do that if you don't want to associate your bank information with PayPal. An account with PayPal would still be required, though. |

It works in the same way as sending money to someone without an account. It'll email them a notification, they'll create an account with the email address in question and the funds will be there when the account is activated.
