Descriptive Problem Summary:
There is one small russian (cyrillic) letter that not display in Space station 13. This letter is - "я".
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Launch Space station 13, connect to any Baystation12 server, try to write in IC, OOC, or any other place word with letter "я". The code of this letter is &-#1103 or &-#x44F (without -).
Expected Results:
The cyrillic letter "я" will be shown correctly in IC, OOC and AdminHelp chats.
Actual Results:
Not it is not working.
