site suggestion

Can the forum add a new message function? Presently, only the newest message can be seen from the main forum page. If the forum can inform the user the number of new post since last log in, then more message can be read and answered. I'm proposing this because many a times, newbie questions are pushed downwards by other newbie questions. Then a few of the questions would be unanswered.

Coincidentally, I'm adding that right now! I was a bit concerned about the overhead, but I think it will work out okay. You'll have it by week's end.
