I did everything I found. Deleted cache, renamed cfg... BYOND has access through the firewall, I even disabled it but nothing works. I also tried reinstalling. My internet connection is fine, my client is updated. I'm using Win7 64-bit. Please help.
renamed cfg? Why? Why would you do that? o.o Don't touch anything in that folder lol.

When did this first occur?

When does it occur (the exact point in time. As in the last thing you do)?
I renamed it to cfg_old, I've read somewhere that it may fix connection problems.
It first occured today around 2pm, I didn't play for a few months.
rename it back to cfg.

Try connecting as a guest.

Are you on a home or school network?
Renamed.
I'm on my home network.
When logging as guest I get "BYOND central not accessible"

Do you know how to open command prompt?
Sure I do.
If you do, type
ping hub.byond.com -n 5
in it. Copy and paste your results here.
Everything connects fine.

Yeah, packets aren't being dropped but they are taking a long time to be received. Usually it should be 10ms - 80ms (80 being a little laggy).

You're timing out by the looks of it. I'm not sure if it's an issue on BYOND's side or an issue on your side. For testing purposes try.. ping -n 10 google.com and post your results with the DM tags. Use translate.google.com

Yeah, the HUB is a bit laggy, but it should still connect me anyways.
When you post on BYOND forums, does it post instantly or do you have to click "save" about once or twice more? I remember I had some issues on the forums because my ping was high like that. I could connect to every other site fine besides BYOND. My ping was 86 - 98 for BYOND.
I've got no problems with the website. It loads and posts smoothly.
Well, I'm not sure if I can help you much further. I've assessed the issue to the point that I've come down to the conclusion that you are in fact receiving a delayed ping. The packets aren't being dropped, but it appears to be so slow that it times out for the BYOND application.

All I can tell you is to wait it out OR wait for someone who is smarter than me to come give you some advice. From the looks of it, the only suggestion I really can give you is to wait it out. You should, however, still be able to connect to games. You just may not be able to see games online and stuff.
Thanks for the help.
No problem. Post here again if waiting it out works.

Try exiting BYOND and starting it up again.

Try pressing CTRL+0 and join my server to test if you can still play games: byond://xirre.dyndns.org:6000

Try clearing your cache.

If none of those work, continue waiting. After 12 hours, it's a major problem. Browse youtube in the meantime. Lol. Keeps everyone occupied. May I suggest vsauce on youtube? Or goto twitch?
Dude, I'm sitting on YT for like 4 hours already. I'll restart the client a few times, but I don't think It'll help.
Edit:
I can't connect to anything.
Restarting the program was a common fix for me when this happened on the old pager. The v498 and earlier ones. It would give the same message and all I had to do was close it and start it up again. Usually this was because my computer went to sleep and the network was cut off. Sometimes it was other problems.
