Failing to download dev resource

The resource "Get Time" is failing to download. Still increments the download count even though it fails.

This also happens to me for Forum_account's Action RPG Framework.

It's giving me a 404 error. I guess wherever he had the file hosted, it's no longer there.

I guess I can delist it now that it's inaccessible. I thought the hub detected that automatically, though.

Forum_account's Action RPG Framework seems to be working fine.
