Almost every tablet device uses an ARM processor and/or some flavor of Linux or Android. BYOND is largely a Windows application compiled to work with x86 processors. Entirely incompatible I'm afraid.

Indeed, as long as it does not use an ARM processor (which rules out anything running Windows RT). As far as I'm aware there aren't very many Windows tablets with an Intel processor though.
|
It doesn't matter either way since BYOND doesn't have an app designed for Windows tablets.

You could try a tablet pc: http://www.newegg.com/Tablet-PCs/SubCategory/ ID-407?Order=PRICE but I don't know if that suits your needs, there are many more shops that sell them but I just used newegg.
