Problem description:

Hey guys,

I gotta get to work right away so i'll try to be brief yet descriptive.

The game i've been developing for a while is recently unable to be connected to when hosting. I thought it was due to a new version of byond, buy rollbacks to older versions don't seem to work either, though i'll have to do more testing to verify this.

I am able to host other byond games.

The Dream Daemon says the game can be connected to by other players.

When someone connects, the Dream Daemon shows the number of players connected increase.

When connecting, the byond ads pop up, it says connecting and hangs here until eventually disconnecting.

I'll check in a little later via mobile to give more info and answer replies when possible... I have to assume there's something wrong in my code that prevents people from loading in.

Is there generally something that might cause this issue ? I know it's vague, but any insight would be helpful so I might know where to start looking.
I'd also like to add that the game runs great when launching it from dream maker after a compile and hitting run. There doesn't seem to be any obvious reason code wise that my game shouldn't launch for others
